Refunds & Returns

If you would like to return your full or part order, please contact us at within 14 days of receiving your order.  Please include your order number, reason for returning and if you would like a full or partial refund. 

Please ensure your items are returned unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and packaged securely for delivery.

Once your return is received we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 
Your refund will be processed and refunded back to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 working days for this to appear. 

We do not cover the cost of returns (unless the items are faulty or damaged) so please ensure you send any returns with a tracked delivery service and packed securely as we cannot be liable for lost goods or damaged in transit and will be unable to issue a refund. 

Any items that are received damaged will be refunded or replaced. Please keep the original packaging and email a photograph to us so that we can claim from our postal carrier.
